Anime Match uses an energetic animation-inspired presentation with an entirely original team: Ember Vanguard, Tide Weaver, Grove Archer, Dawn Sentinel, Dusk Runner, and Nova Sage. The symbolic portraits are temporary local artwork, not images or characters taken from an anime, comic, celebrity, or game franchise.
Each mission asks you to link matching hero crests, recruit named roles, and eventually remove arcane wards. The format stays readable on phones because role symbols, hues, and labels reinforce one another. No knowledge of an outside story is needed.
How to Play
Line up three identical hero crests to clear them.
Recruit the roles listed in the mission goals while building score.
Remove arcane wards beneath crests before the move counter reaches zero.

Tap or click a piece, then an adjacent piece. Tap the selected piece again to cancel. Touch scrolling remains available.
Original Team Techniques
Four aligned crests prepare a Hero Strike across a row or column. A five-link creates a Unity Crest that can rally one neighboring role across the board. A T or L triggers a Team Burst around its position. Pairing techniques creates broader effects without copying the presentation or map design of a commercial match-3 title.
Arcane wards occupy board cells beneath the hero crests. A clear or technique removes one layer in that wave. Later missions combine two role goals with double wards, making team placement more valuable than chasing points alone.
Build a Balanced Team
Track the mission panel before every swap. If one role is nearly complete, a different color may deserve the Unity Crest. Hero Strikes solve long ward lanes, Team Bursts solve clusters, and low-board clears invite cascades. Thirty missions gradually combine these choices without a timer.
